🌶️🔥 2026 VFW Post 9210 Gumbo & Chili Cook-Off 🔥🌶️
Get ready for a day full of flavor, fun, and community spirit at the VFW Post 9210 Annual Gumbo & Chili Cook-Off! Join us as cooks from across the area bring their best recipes to compete for bragging rights and the coveted Cook-Off title on Saturday, November 7th, from 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM at the Youngsville Sports Complex Recreation Center. Guests can enjoy delicious gumbo and chili tastings, friendly competition between local teams, a lively atmosphere filled with fellowship, and a variety of vendors. Admission is $5 for ages 12 and older, while veterans and children under 12 are free. There are plenty of ways to get involved—enter a cooking team, become a sponsor, or sign up as a vendor to connect with the community. Don’t forget to purchase your official Cook-Off T-shirt and select your size to show your support and take home a keepsake. To register, scan the QR code on the flyer or call Amber at 337-858-7884 or Travis at 337-858-5085. All proceeds benefit VFW Post 9210, helping us continue to serve veterans and strengthen our local community.
